Strozzapreti tricolore with sausage and radicchio

Ingredients: 350 g Girolomoni® strozzapreti tricolore, 3 sausages, 150 g soya cream, radicchio, extra virgin olive oil, salt to season

Preparation: Break the sausages into pieces and gently fry them in a pan for a few minutes with extra virgin olive oil. Add chopped radicchio to taste together with 150 g soya cream. Cook the pasta in salted water for 8 minutes; drain and toss in the previously prepared sauce in the pan, leaving it to absorb the flavour for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with a sprinkling of raw radicchio
