Sedani with meat sauce

Ingredients: 400 g Girolomoni® durum wheat semolina sedani, 200 g minced meat, 300 g Girolomoni® puréed tomato sauce, 2 sticks of celery, 2 carrots, half an onion extra virgin olive oil, half a glass of white wine, salt to taste

Preparation: finely chop the onion, celery and carrots and gently fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add the minced meat and continue to cook for at least 10 minutes. Pour on the wine and leave it to evaporate. Add the puréed tomato sauce and leave to simmer for at least one hour. Cook the pasta in salted water for 8 minutes; drain and pour on the sauce.
