Linguine al pesto

Ingredients: 400 g Girolomoni® durum wheat linguine, 1 bunch of basil leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 20 pine kernels, 50 g Pecorino cheese, 1 bunch of fresh green beans, extra virgin olive oil salt to taste

Preparation: Wash the basil leaves and blend them together with the garlic, olive oil, pine kernels and Pecorino cheese. Boil the fresh green beans and then cut them into small pieces. Cook the pasta in salted water for 7 minutes; drain and pour on the pesto and chopped beans. Serve hot and garnished with a few basil leaves
