Farfalle della Regina with vegetables

Ingredients: 400 g Girolomoni® Graziella RA® farfalle, 2 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 2 courgettes, half an onion, 100 g fresh peas, marjoram, chilli pepper, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste

Preparation: wash the carrot and courgettes and cut them into fine slices. Pour the oil into a pan with the finely chopped garlic and onion and fry gently. Add the fresh peas together with the slices of courgette and carrot and leave to cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle on a little finely chopped marjoram, chilli pepper and parsley. Cook the pasta in salted water for 9 minutes; drain and toss in the previously prepared sauce in the pan, leaving it to absorb the flavour for a couple of minutes.
