Made using the three ancient varieties of wheat we have brought back from the past: “Cappelli”, a durum wheat variety grown by our members on the hills of Le Marche; Graziella Ra®, Triticum Turgidum Turanicum, originally from an archaeological dig in Egypt and now grown exclusively in Isola del Piano; Farro Triticum Dicoccum, an ancient grain, packed with nutritional qualities.
